As one of the largest woven textile mills in the world, Valdese Weavers designs and manufactures residential and contract grade fabrics for furniture manufacturers, fabric distributors, and large retailers.

? Weigh and mix correct dyes and chemicals properly in the correct mixing tank.
? Stage all dyes and chemicals and have them ready to add at prescribed times to ensure smooth production on all machines.
? Rinse properly and remove empty dye and chemical drums to the proper area each shift.
? Clean mixing tanks each shift.
? Hose down tile area of drugroom each shift.
? Properly weigh and mix dyes and chemicals to product two runs from each dye machine per shift.
Previous dyehouse, drugroom, or machine operator experience.
Good physical condition - heavy lifting required.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background screening.
